The Financial Assistance Program Provides: 1. Eviction Prevention
2. Prevent Utilities from being shut off
3. First month's rent
4. Security deposit payments

LIFE PROGRAM

The Living Independent For Ever Program offers housing in single and shared units to young adults between the ages of 18 and 24. The purpose of the LIFE Program is to assist young adults with housing as they acquire independent living skills.

THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER

The Community Resource Center (CRC) will be a one-stop-shop for services. These include internet access, training, financial wellness, workforce/jobs wellness, and wellness in mental health and physical health. Learn more about the CRC here.

LIFE@WORK PROGRAM

The LIFE@Work program is a work readiness program for young adults that offers a comprehensive array of services to assist young adults to attain work readiness skills and training credentials to secure employment.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM

The Affordable Housing Program is a rental-assistance program for low-to-moderate-income earners. Participants are housed in a four-plex with clean, spacious two-bedroom units, on-site laundry, storage units, and off-street parking.

FURNITURE BANK

The Furniture Bank provides low-income individuals and families leaving homelessness with the home essentials That are needed to create conditions of comfort, dignity and stability that come from having a furnished home.

…is to develop the local community by extending ministry into the heart of the Anchorage community through housing development, shelter support and outreach to the disadvantaged, which will enable them to live healthy and productive lives as informed community residents.
