Shiloh Community Housing LIFE@Work program is a workforce development program for young adults ages 18-24. The program offers a comprehensive array of services to assist young adults with barriers to employment, prepare for post-secondary education and employment opportunities; attain educational and/or skills training credentials and secure employment with career opportunities.

Program Offering may include but are not limited to:

 

  • Dressing for Success

  • Career Planning Counseling

  • Financial Literacy

  • Paid Work Experience/Internships

  • Interviewing Skills

  • Computer/Technology Etiquette

  • Communications

We can assist with possible Barriers to employment like:

Having a Disability

Daycare, Pregnant, Parenting or Involvement with the Foster Care System

Current or prior involvement with the Criminal Justice System

Or

  • HS Graduate who is Low Income and lacking basic skills

  • HS Dropout

  • Homelessness

  • English Second Language

AND

Participants Enrolled in Training May be eligible for Support Services to assist during LIFE@Work participation
